Discover how to enhance your vision and schedule an eye exam with us. We love seeing our patients! So feel free to visit us during normal business hours. Our exams are performed by licensed Optometrist who operate independently and are not employed by Costco.

Please bring the following items to ensure a thorough and efficient eye exam:

  • Health Card (OHIP)

  • List of medications

  • Current glasses/contact lens prescription

  • Sunglasses (for exams involving dilated drops)

  • Completed patient form (if you are a new patient)

  • Previous records (if you are a new patient)
